Dance classes are an active, energising form of exercise and expression for both children and adults alike. Learning, developing and then establishing technique and performance skills are the fundamental points in supporting students to become confident, energised individuals and performers.
General class content
Get ready to sweat in this energetic, action-packed class! Using both the best show tunes and chart-topping hits students will follow choreographed routines utilising dance and fitness exercises. It’s cardio and strength combined so pack a water bottle and towel and we’ll see you in the studio!
As this is not a performance based class there will be no performance piece created or performed. Depending on student preferences and strengths, fitness tests may be carried out as challenges throughout the year to monitor and improve fitness levels.
