    Improv

    Throughout the school year, depending on their possibilities, students will participate in public performances as part of Winter Fest, P.A.S Festival, or the Theatre 21 program.      
     

    IMPROV
    Adult:  
    • Public presentations within ATH and/or other venues throughout the year, depending on the group’s preferences and strengths
    • A battle or an improvisation show as part of Winter Fest and P.A.S Festival 
    Private course:  

    One solo Improv show as part of P.A.S Festival if students choose to perform

    - Depending on the capacity of the band, a live performance as part of Winter Fest and in P.A.S  
    - A recorded studio demo of their pieces  

    Vocal Ensemble and Batucada Army:  
    Depending on the group's capacity, a live performance as part of Winter Fest and P.A.S Festival  
     

    Music Lab: 
    Students aged 4 to 5:

    A short film created from the ideas of the students as part of P.A.S Festival.

    Students aged 6 to Adults:  

    Lab on stage where students discover and analyze a well-known piece of music live as part of P.A.S Festival 
     

    PRIVATE COURSE:  
    Private Singing:  
    • A Live performance as part of ATH Winter Fest and P.A.S Festival  
    • A recorded song of their choice accompanied by experienced musicians 
    Private Instruments:  
    • Depending on their willingness and capacity, a live performance in both Winter Fest and in P.A.S Festival, either as a soloist or as part of an ensemble 
    • A recorded piece of music either written and created by them including at least two musical lines (one rhythmic and a lead melodic line) or a cover of their choice 
    Private Batucada: 

    Depending on their willingness and capacity, a live performance in both Winter Fest and in P.A.S Festival, either as a soloist or as part of an ensemble

    5 – 8 years old:  
    • A Jazz dance medley live performance on a specific theme or style they have enjoyed in class as part of and December Dance Showcase and P.A.S Festival 

    9 – 11 years old:  
    • A Musical medley dance piece created from a musical they have studied in class (its creation, choreographer, and show narrative) as part of December Dance Showcase and P.A.S Festival  

    Private:  
    • A Jazz dance performance as part of Winter Fest and P.A.S Festival 


     
    TANGO  
    Adults and Private course:  
    •  A live performance piece as part of Winter Fest and P.A.S Festival

    Foundation Course  
    First Year  

    During the year, students will give a presentation on the discipline aspect of their choice among those covered in the course.  
    At the end of the year, they will present a live performance directed by their teachers.  

    Second Year  

    An end-of-course festival will bring together the productions of each student. Each will receive a personal theme from which they will create a live performance to conclude the two years of teaching and affirm their individual style and artistic choices. 
     

    Full Course 
    First year  

    Every month students will present in public: a cabaret of improvisations and theatre pieces. 
    During the year, students will give a presentation on the discipline aspect of their choice among those covered in the course.  
    At the end of the year, students will present a live performance staged by their teachers. 

    Second year   

    Each month either as a solo or in groups, students will present a personal creation: reading, writing, improvised cabaret act, or short theatrical form.  
    An end-of-course festival will bring together productions of students. Each will receive a personal theme from which they will create a live performance to conclude the two years of teaching and affirm their individual style and artistic choices.
