Hoa My became involved in theatre in 2015 when she was pursuing the training in improvisation and drama with director Quentin Delorme. Since then, she has been performing to different communities including children and adult in Hanoi in French, English and Vietnamese. In 2017, she started to work as a drama & improv teacher at ATH. After taking part in the Asian theatre for young audiences' network in 2018, she created theatre plays for babies and toddlers.
Interested in the benefits of theatre on mental health care Hoa My also follows training in psychology, participates in the translation of books and articles from magazines in the field and collaborates with therapists in therapeutic interventions. She also practices Playback Theatre, a form derived from psychodrama. She is currently leader of ViPlayback, the first Playback Theatre group in Vietnam.
