Seb is a drum fanatic. From playing Afro-beat with Zamina for nearly 15 years along with many prog-rock-metal-gypsy-electronic projects in between, if he is not on stage making the loudest noise, there is a good chance he at the sound-desk, working in the shadows to make other live acts sound as good as they can.
Seb has been teaching drums in Hanoi for 15 years, from young kids to adults, helping students with direct goals such as auditions into music academies, to using drumming for mental/physical health exercises regularly or casually.
Aside from just tuition and playing experience, Seb is fanatical about drums all the way down to the very construction and engineering level. He has fixed nearly drum kit in Hanoi at some point, refurbished and custom built numerous kits for venues, studios and students… as if Hanoi wasn’t noisy enough!
