Overview
Acting gives us the freedom to step outside ourselves, explore new characters, and experience different ways of thinking, moving, and expressing emotions. Whether participants simply want to have fun on stage or are curious about developing their acting abilities, this workshop offers an accessible and practical introduction to performance.
Through theatre games, improvisation, character work, movement, voice, and short scenes, participants discover the fundamental tools actors use to bring a character and a situation to life. The workshop encourages experimentation and play while progressively building confidence and awareness on stage.
Depending on the group's interests, the workshop can focus on stage acting, acting for camera, or a combination of both.
